Automatic wax foundation machine 15–20 kg/h

The automatic wax foundation machine with a capacity of 15–20 kg/h is designed for small and medium-sized beekeeping operations that require an efficient, automated, and high-quality method of wax foundation production. The process is fully automatic — from wax pouring to the finished foundation sheets, with no manual intervention.

The entire structure is made of stainless steel AISI 304, ensuring easy cleaning, moisture and corrosion resistance, and long service life. The precision-engineered rollers shape the wax into high-quality foundation sheets. The rollers feature cell size 5.35 mm, with a maximum sheet width of 300 mm. This machine provides consistent and stable production of wax foundations, saving time and labor.
