Automatic beeswax foundation production line with a capacity of 15–20 kg/h represents an ideal solution for small and medium-sized beekeeping operations that require a professional, fast, and high-quality production process.
This line includes a fully automatic system that enables a continuous workflow — from wax melting, forming, and pressing, to obtaining finished beeswax foundations.
The line consists of a beeswax foundation production machine with a capacity of 15–20 kg/h, a 250-liter wax melter (duplikator), and a stand with stairs for convenient access.
All components are made of high-quality stainless steel AISI 304, ensuring maximum hygiene, resistance to moisture, chemicals, and corrosion, as well as long service life.

The wax melter provides fast and even wax melting with optional temperature control.
The roller dimensions are 350 mm in length and 170 mm in diameter, with a maximum foundation width of 300 mm.
This production line allows the creation of beeswax foundations with minimal operator involvement, optimizing the production process and increasing overall efficiency.
