The honey decystallization chamber with a capacity of 4 m³ is made from panels with a stainless steel AISI 304 frame, ensuring maximum corrosion resistance, durability, and easy maintenance. Its interior allows hygienic storage and processing of honey in compliance with food standards.
Dimensions are 1000x2000x2000 mm, with capacity for four 200-liter barrels. Heating is provided by three independent heaters, each 2 kW, for uniform heating and effective decystallization without damaging honey structure or quality.
Equipped with a digital thermostat, the chamber allows precise temperature control, preserving honey quality without overheating.
