The 200-liter moisture extraction machine is made of stainless steel AISI 304, ensuring durability, corrosion resistance, and hygienic safety when processing honey. It is designed for efficient reduction of excess moisture in honey, improving its stability and extending shelf life without compromising its natural properties.
The operating principle is based on the rotation of a horizontal shaft with stainless-steel discs that slowly turn inside the honey-filled tank. The honey spreads in a thin layer over the discs while dry air passes between them, gently removing moisture. This process reduces honey moisture by approximately 1% every three hours of operation for quantities up to 300 kg.
The 200-liter model allows processing of larger honey volumes, providing higher efficiency and productivity for larger beekeeping operations.
