The device operates by rotating a horizontal shaft with stainless-steel discs inside a tank filled with honey. The honey spreads evenly in a thin layer over the discs while dry air passes between them, removing moisture. This method reduces honey moisture by approximately 1% every three hours of operation for quantities up to 300 kg, without negative effects on HMF or diastase.
The 300-liter model enables processing of larger honey quantities, making it ideal for medium and large beekeeping facilities.
