The steam wax melter powered by solid fuel is a robust and reliable device designed for melting beeswax removed from frames without using electricity. It is entirely made of stainless steel sheet (AISI 304), ensuring high corrosion resistance, easy maintenance, and long service life.
The melter consists of a double-walled container, where water is poured into the interwall and heated by an external heat source (fire – wood, coal, or gas). The generated steam heats the inner stainless steel perforated basket, where the wax is placed, while the melted wax flows out through a spout at the bottom of the melter.
On top, there is a stainless steel lid with a press, which additionally helps separate wax from impurities. This model is ideal for beekeepers in rural areas or for those seeking complete energy independence.
